Late New Comer in Cinema

​

I started writing scripts as a hobby during holidays and vacation from teaching at Japanese universities in Tokyo, Japan.

After taking UCLA screenplay courses

during vacations, I completed a feature length  screenplay, TOKYO DREAMERS. 

It got award at a film festival.

​(It isn't funded to make into a film yet)

I like watching movies and it has been my dream  to make my own movies.

After I won an award for my script, I realized I wanted to direct film myself to make my ideas, and visions into motion pictures.  

I took film producer and director courses on weekends and on weekday nights after work and learned the skills of filmmaking.

I have visual images of stories in my head and I try to make my visions into films.

Being a novice without connections to

movie industry, I had to use my personal

resources such as savings on pension plan.

My pension reserves are diminished but 

I thought I should try chasing my dream and should dedicate all the available resources for my dream.
